One of the strengths many introverts share (and I’m one of them, by the way) is an ability to listen. Because they aren’t comfortable in the spotlight (at least in most instances), they’re happy to let someone else shine.
But part of listening is asking good questions -- to get the other person talking about something they want to talk about and that you want to listen to.
